Content design case studies

Over the 5 and a half years I worked at TotallyMoney, I established the content design function, developing standards and guidelines, becoming the sole point of contact for product content. In this time I worked on content in most areas of the app, including the homepage, credit report overview, and the offers experience. Working as the sole content designer meant owning the content end to end across each project, collaborating directly with product designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers.
